I have no problems with recommending him as a Optometrist and plan to see him myself (and the rest of my family) next time my eye exam is due. Great job Dr. Hundle!

Not only was she able to provide me with excellent close vision, but also enhanced my distant vision, the surgery was designed to correct.

Once my exam was completed, Eva was great at helping me place an order for contacts, she pulled my file and gave me suggestions. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the person who did the pre-exam tests, they were also great!

I have been a patient at WestCoast Doctors of Optometry since 2016 and have been going yearly now that I'm very much a senior. I see no reason to stop. Dr Wang also is arranging for me to get back to see my ophthalmologist as I missed last year because of the pandemic. Very helpful....
G	Gutsylady Traveler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is based on the location at Still Creek in Burnaby. I made the mistake of not reading the poor reviews of this organization. I made an appointment for the Still Creek location through a general phone number. I showed up on time and did not see anyone waiting in the area. A few minutes later I saw a person leave the doctor’s room & then the door closed with just the doctor inside. About 20 minutes later, I asked the receptionist what was taking so long as I had an appointment at 12. At that moment I saw a woman walk right into one room (just enough time to get a preliminary check on her eyes) and then quickly walked into the doctor’s room. When I asked the receptionist again, she had no explanation. I mentioned to the doctor that I had booked an appointment and there was no one ahead of me. She said something to the effect that there are ‘emergencies’ that arise. I suspected this person ‘snuck’ in. Based on other reviews at their other locations, there seems to be a pattern of bad customer service. Note that they do not accept American Express at the Burnaby location. If you are +65 years with a BC Care Card, you’ll be charged $70 versus $115 regular price or if you are 18 years or under, there’s no charge for an eye exam. (see photo for rates). Make sure you’re no charged if you fall into this category. It’s posted on the wall opposite the sitting area.
