β β β β β This Costco is always busy. At any time of the day, any day of the week so definitely expect a crazy parking lot and crazy shoppers inside. That being said, the workers are so sweet and amazing. And the selection of things is pretty decent.

β β β β β We purchased a bag of 10kg Rogers sugar from this store on Sep 12th. We opened this bag of sugar after we went home and discovered a few dust looking small grey bugs from the inside of the sugar bag. We donβt know what those bugs are and we didnβt think it is a big deal. So we removed the bugs from the bag and left this bag of sugar in our pantry. A week lator we found the same kind of bugs grew all over our pantry. Literally in every cover, every bag of food in our pantry. We have to seal everything and take them to Costco to look for an answer. Their store manager Jim asked me to fill a form for further investigation and he asked us to get ride of all the food in sealed bags ourselves. Two days after that roger sugar called us and told us they will need to find out lot number from Costco and rely to us. Rogers sugar said in an email sent to us that those bugs are booklice and they grow really fast. We required Costco store manager to find out what really happened to the sugar and reimburse for our lost. But so far we havenβt heard anything from them. For those of you who brought sugar around the same time at this store. Please check your pantry make sure these is no bugs growing at your home!

β β β β β Would have rated it better if they were more hospitable to cyclists. Only one bike rack all the way at the corner of the building. Sure I understand their target audience is people who can cart away ginormous volumes of affordably priced consumer goods, but still, cyclists need stuff too. Other than that, great place.

β β β β β This Costco location pharmacy is an example of excellent customer service .
My doctor faxed them my prescription and in two hours I phoned them and all was ready and easy to find my information. I asked how much of the cost was covered by my insurance and in less than 5 minutes they called me back with the requested information.
Keep up your good work Costco Still Creek β¦ and besides Costco has the cheapest dispensing fee in town.

β β β β β I love this Costco. I don't come often because it's a bit tricky on transit, but when I need to visit it's always a delight. Last time one of the staff members ran to grab the literal last thing she had of what I wanted because she'd just had that exact return to re-shelve. I am so grateful to the care and attention to detail of the staff here.

β β β β β One star for the customer service agent Bella. I have been an executive member for a long time, I was satisfied with the membership benefits and services. My family and I had purchased a lot in Costco. But I won't be a member with Costco any more because of this lady's 'fantastic' customer service!!! Your management team should be aware of the employee customer service training.

Also. Cheap hotdogs :).
This Costco has plenty of parking and when itβs busy over a dozen tills and a dozen self check outs. Thatβs just crazy.

β β β β β This is my go-to Costco when I'm back in Metro Vancouver. Beware that it is very popular and has high traffic volume. Parking is not fun.
This Costco carries a lot of the hot items seem elsewhere. Despite the traffic, those hot items are not picked over so you have a good chance to grab what you're looking for.
The self-check out area is my preferred way to get out. There are always lines.
The food court area is excellent and due to the high traffic, your food is going to be fresh and hot. Chances are high that you will need to wait a bit for your food other than hot dogs.
I can imagine this Costco is only going to be busier as more towers go up all around it.
