Policy change not listed in the site - $200 fee for no-show. I'm chronically ill, and can't predict flare-ups. That fee is most of my paycheck ; not a risk I can absorb, if I want to eat at all. I like my practitioner, but I can't afford that risk, and will have to find a new doctor.

It’s unbelievable how many times you have to repeat the same issue you have ongoing when you go to see β€œyour family doctor” (Dr. Garg). it is frustrating and sad how this doctor treats and behave so defensive with his patients. I dont have any complaint to the clinic itself tho, but i will definitely find a Doctor that cares about their patient’s.

Omg DON'T COME HERE!! My NP missed on my lab results that I had a bladder infection, I had no symptoms which means it's a silent uti, according to research very dangerous! She called me telling me she missed it and that she’ll send me a requisition to get another test done this was two days ago she still hasn’t and of course they’re closed on the weekends I’ve been concerned about having a tumour in my brain for quite a while I asked her if I could get a MRI she basically would not write me one (and yelled at me cause I didn't understand why or how it worked) no matter how many symptoms I have. If I don’t get a requisition by Monday I will be suing her for malpractice!! I also have severe sleep apnea according to an app, she said she'd get me a requisition for sleep analysis to check for sure, and didn't get that either ??

As a blind patient I was denied access to services by front desk and other staff. Afternoon of April 29th I presented the secretary with my CNIB ID and Care Card. I was told to fill out a form I could not read. "I can't read these questions to you. You can see me. There's no one else here that can help you." In the exam room I was again told by another young woman, "Take it home and fill it out. Who do you live with? they can help you. You need to have an interpreter." English is my first language. I could tell by her very clear pronounciation she is 2nd generation and grew up in Canada. "I can't read this to you. I don't have time." The office manager is Blinda This is my second visit and the unlawful discrimination I faced was the worst I've in years. The blame and guilt trips show a lack of leadership and accountability from management to deny equal access in a medical office is criminal. I overheard as the staff treated single mothers with ESL is a similarly dismissive manner.

I received no copy of appointment summary over email. Neurologist didn't receive fax of the referral. I'm calling so my referral can be faxed. No response to calls. I just need some to answer and give me an update on faxing referral. And there is no other contact info than a number, I mean no email address.

What a useless place to go. Went in for a meet and get with "dr" Garg where he didn't introduce himself and kept calling me by the wrong name (corrected him 3 times in 2 minutes). After asking me about which issues I have he immediately stopped me and said he can't fix them all at once and only one thing per appointment...I thought this was a meet and greet to get an overview and he also just asked me to tell him what's wrong (I got 2 issues in before being stopped). He didn't even ask which thing he'd want me to focus on instead he just decided himself. He then decided after 5 minutes my time was up and I'd need to reschedule a follow up appointment. I quickly showed myself out as this person doesn't seem to care or has the capability to help anyone. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, even to look after a cactus.

Absolutely terrible experience... I have not been that angry in awhile. The NP was 40 minutes late with no good excuse except to say she forgot about my appointment... which was the perfect indication of how I was valued as a patient. And then she blew me off with 5 minutes of trivialities, obviously totally unprepared and completely ignoring the health issues that brought me there in the first place. And this was not the first negative experience I have had at this clinic... the staff are unbelievable and I don't know how they stay in business. I will not return... zero stars.

I’m so frustrated with this place. It is totally disorganized and unsafe in my opinion. As a new patient, I had my files sent over 5 months ago. They claimed they didn’t have them. After many calls back and forth to both offices (my previous doctor and this one), they finally found my files. Then when I saw the NP last month (4 months after I transferred to her care), she claimed they didn’t have my files. Of course this means she still hasn’t seen my files, so she knows nothing about me. On top of that, prescriptions that were supposed to be sent off, weren’t sent to the pharmacy. Then they got sent to the wrong pharmacy. Also my rheumatologist sent off a fax 3 months ago asking the NP for a referral and that still hasn’t been done. I do not feel safe at this clinic. I will be looking elsewhere.
