★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I don’t get this office,
I’ve been calling this office several times to discuss my lab results but They had no appointment available then they told me to do a same day appointment and I must call 8 am in a Friday to book one which I did , but then the receptionist has told me no time available, and that same day appointment is not for all Fridays “it’s for some Fridays” .no one has mentioned, nothing is organized in this office and every person has a different story to tell,
, I hope everything is ok with my blood work otherwise I will pursue a bigger complain!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office is terrible in answering phone calls or booking appointments. I call for days and no one answers. I don’t believe they are that busy not to answer a phone call. Seriously work on your staff and organize better to serve patients. You will lose patients eventually.
On the positive side:
Dr.Abdullah is fantastic! She really cares for her patients and show a lot of empathy towards them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staffs are very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I feel like this place is so underrated tbh. They don’t deserve 2.2 stars. However, it is a busy clinic. Make sure you call ahead for their availability. Thank you Welcome Medical.
