★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a bit of a smaller place, but everything is fairly more natural than places like The Bath And Body Shop. The Body Shop has very nourishing body butter and body lotion, with really good facial cleansers too. I think that my favourite from them is the tea tree oils, which worked great to cleanse my pores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They usually have some good suggestions for you based on your skin problem or requirements but it’s always safe to ask for a sample before buying the actual product. I wasn’t aware they give samples and ended up buying a few products that didn’t work at all. But the good part is they took everything back and I was able to buy the products that worked on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much!!! I lost my AirPod right ear in the store and I was really sad because I literally just bought them a week ago. It was missing when I searched the ground and shelves. Fortunately, the body shop staff finally found it after two days. It turned out the right ear was not at anywhere that we searched, but lost in a staff’s apron when it dropped out from the case as I was standing very close to the staff who passed me at the moment. The ending was so unexpected, wasn’t it?
Anyways, thank you everyone in the store. You guys are amazing!!! ?Special thank to the manager Maddy(I was on the phone talking to her. I am not sure if the spelling is correct. Please forgive me if I am wrong. :P) The manager is super nice, patient and compassionate. When I told her about my situation, she said she will help me to look for my AirPod and asked me to leave her my contact information so that she can give me a call when she found it. She is very gentle and considerate person. Hearing from Maddy was the best thing happened in my life yesterday. I can’t thank you enough. Keep doing good and god will bless you. All the best! ❤️❤️❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today buying last minute items on my list; the prices was not probably displayed near the items. I did not know what was on sale and what wasn't. I was very frustrated and confused. I wanted to buy a gift set that was suppose to be 60% off today but there was no display indicating the current sale price of the item. so I brought it to the cashier and without double checking in the system she just told me it was not on sale. So I left it behind, when I got home I checked online, it was on sale and it was only on sale for today. with that being said horrible customer service and I didn't enjoy my experience all in the store.
