★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was super friendly. Bought some septum piercings and the lady behind the counter helped explain how to put on ones I had not seen before.
The store was very clean and the layout was super easy to follow. I will definitely go there again for my piercings.

The store is always clean and tidy, due to covid they are only letting in a set number of people at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for shirts and stickers. I understand the rules that they have in place for covid... but asking for customers to place coffee cups on dirty floors by the door even though it is where people walk on is not sanitary. Best having a table for peoples drinks in my opinion...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude costumer service they accused my little sister of stealing last time we were there and I've been going to spencers for years before but the last couple of times the workers just follow you around and act like you're some shady person which im not sure how I'm a dorky mom with glasses. Anywho my sister had earrings she decided she didn't want to buy right now so she just put them down somewhere yes not where they were supposed to go but still she went right up to her and asked her very loudly if she took the earrings and she was quite thrown off guard and quite frankly embarrassed. Will not return to this location.
