★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop at peoples not michael hill. I told the manager rob i was looking for 0.25 C.T diamond studs he said no problem and pulled out a pair im not sure if he either lied to me or switched out the pair behind the counter but i just noticed a tiny stamp on my studs that say 0.15 so rob had robbed me. It’s impossible to get through to the store by phone as i live in another city which leads me to think they are scamming people on the regular why else would you refuse to take phone calls unless you knew your doing something wrong. I am also confident he charged me the price of diamonds for cubic zirconia as i compared them to diamonds i have at home and i also never got a certificate of authenticity i am pretty upset and have filed a complaint with the better business bureau BBB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was called 3 days ago that I could pickup my jewelery that had gone in for repair. When the person who I had written down to pickup my item got there the 3 days after the phone call to pickup, they tried to tell them the item wasn't there untill I had to replay the voicemail they left for me to pickup it up over the phone and then they magically had it.

My boyfriend and I had come to get both of our watches batteries replaced and added an extra link to my band. I ended up buying a beautiful locket also! Thank you so much, outstanding customer service as always ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever you do don't shop here, they'll double bill you and there incompetent staff can't fix anything in a timely manner. Still waiting for my payments to be sorted out and it's been 2 months. A joke. And my chain broke a month after I bought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience of my life. I am not one to write google reviews but the way Rob the store manager treated us was pathetic. We tried returning a ring that was purchased 4 days ago and we were denied because the ring “had been worn and scratched”. He claimed it had scratches and that we didn’t have the original box when the other lady had literally taken it out of the original box two minutes prior. Then whenever we try saying a single word he blurts “I’m not going to argue” multiple times so that you can’t even speak. He then handed us back the ring and didn’t even offer to put it back in the box it had arrived in until we specifically requested. Literal con artists and Rob needs to be fired he was the rudest manager I’ve ever spoken to in any industry.
