★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to happy with this jeweler i bought a ring a year and a half ago. Was talked into the warranty package just before time came for me to take ring in to get it checked as per the warranty they told me they were closing and selling everything off all equipment to check diamonds and to buff out a sharp piece inside the ring was already gone from the store. Was told to take to another jeweler to pay to have this done when that was part of this bogus warranty. Ring was cheaply made why it left a raw hole in my finger. These people lie to get your money then dont cover their cheap junk. That is what i felt happened to me now i see like the slimey practise is to stock and stay open to rob you of your hard earned money.

When my fiancé purchased my engagement ring he requested a new ring that hadn’t been tried on by other brides as I am very sentimental. The manager lied to him and told him it would take 14 weeks to order in a typical ring and instead he should purchase the display model. Not wanting to wait 14 weeks, he did. After getting engaged we went in to purchase our wedding bands and the manager was very pushy telling me to purchase the display model. When I told her I wanted a new ring she was very rude and judgemental and I left the store very upset. Recently I’ve also noticed that my engagement ring has what appears to be a crack or a scratch in the diamond. I’m now in contact with the corporate complaint department. This has been a very upsetting experience! Very dissatisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls are mostly great. But they had my ring for an extra week because no one called me to let me know it was there.... and when I called them they needed to ask the manager and then never left a message for the manager. The manager is amazing though!
The person or company they use for sizing, and maintance, etc isn't great! He soddered my 3 rings together as asked but as a professional he never should have sent it back in the condition that it was in. So I sent it back to have them taken apart and get a "jacket" instead and all the other things that he did wrong. The jacket is good but there are major grooves in the middle ring. And not from wear and tear. I received it like that. I plan to have it resized in the near future and will have that fixed at the same time. To me if it's not one thing, it's another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place! Great service by Lize, very friendly and informative. It’s unfortunate they have only one sizing with most of their jewelry. I would recommend getting your gifts at least 3 weeks ahead of time in case you need resized.
These folks also had very competitive pricing. Would recommend overall.
