★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed with the professional service and craftsmanship of Timemaster Jewellers. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had never been to this business prior to needing to have my engagement ring rhodium-plated. What a wonderful job they did in polishing out the scratches and rhodium-plating the ring. The diamond just sparkles and the band is so smooth and shiny. They also completed the job in a one day turn around time frame. As well, I had taken another ring to be sized up a half size and it turned out it was bend out of shape, he straightened the ring, polished and cleaned and it looks like brand new and again completed in one day. Amazing work, very pleased. Will continue to take my precious gems to this trustworthy business. I highly recommend 10/10. Thank you.

Surprisingly it’s not that easy to find a place that repairs these watches.
Timemasters did a great job and cleaned it to almost new status. Great service too !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a gold chain to get fixed and left the pendant on the chain thinking it was safe to leave. The pendant is from 5 generations and is a custom piece of solid gold. They cut 1/3 of the original gold and soldered on different gold. Or what appears to be gold. I had the worst feeling in my gut when I picked up the repaired chain and pendant. I took one look and immediately knew it was altered. There are clear solder tip markings that were not there before. With 2 pin sized holes in the pendant from the solder gun. They said they just repaired the chain. But my gut and my eyes don’t lie. I had no photos to compare so I couldn’t prove anything. The pendant is over 100 years old… At the end of the day it’s my fault for trusting random people and putting my most prized possession in the wrong hands. I wish I could put 0 stars for this review.
