★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Sons favorite go to place to shop, but poor selection in store. Half the time we order online. Easy return for online purchases. The VIP is a joke. It never works for me during purchase, even if i present an email from my VIP it NEVER works. I am always told to call the number on the bottom. But they do not add it to your account even when its within the hour i purchased.

He had the answers to all my questions and I was even told about shoes that were best for my parents. Jeremiah made my experience way better and I will definitely be coming soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star because you had a shoe I liked. I was ready to purchase a pair of airmax 90s. I stood by the shoes looking at them for 5 or so minutes. I left empty handed because Noone offered to help me or let me know offers. There were two employees at the greeting desk chatting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there would be option to give 0 star I would like to give that also I went in the store no one greeted me and were busy talking about tik tok, air jordon shoes they were least interested in helping us or asking us. Please hire some mature staff who really want to help customer and improve your sales. Disgusting staff experience ever in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 10 minutes and no one acknowledged that we were at the store, we had to grab the shoe and bring it to the girl for help, she was nice and helped us. The guy that was there was unfriendly, had a bad attitude and non helpful at all…. Not sure what is happening with customer service at this store…. Won’t be coming back.
