★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hudson Bay is a big part of my younger years!
They are one of the last standing large department stores left in Canada. They have everything under one roof. They carry big name brands and always have sales.
It's one place you can still buy quality.
Please shop here to safe a legacy that started in the late 1800's trading.

Very disappointing day at the Bay. I have been a longtime, 25 plus year customer spending thousands of dollars year after year. I do not believe I will return after my experience today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this store EVER going to do a reno? The exterior doors to the parking lot make me feel like I'm in a third world country. Old, weathered, worn and dirty. Ugh, not a very inspiring way to start a shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, it seems sparser than I remember. Only one fitting room was open for both men and women to use. Could not find what we were looking for either. So, chose a 2nd item instead. Only one check out open in middle of store. Not geared to the disabled I must say. Service was nice but prefer to hear English spoken amongst the store associates when standing there waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello. Hudson's Bay is a great place to go shopping. Plenty of great sales. Now very crowded. But sure could use more sales reps at the different locations in the store. Example. Was going to get some merchandise from the men's aftershave section. I waited and even asked a sales person to find out if anyone was working there? I waited and ended up leaving.
