★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad and I shop at this Bootlegger a lot, and we always love going in there. The staff always remember us and treat us like family. Yesterday we went in and I believe there was a new girl working (we had never seen her before) she was so sweet and very friendly. Never had a bad experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the time I entered the store, till the time I left, I really felt welcomed. The staff gave apt attention to each customer and was quite helpful in getting the required size for each product. Their staff member (Rishana Kingra) is clearly a great asset to the team and was one of the major reasons why I bought more than the items I came in for. Glad to have the bootlegger card because I am clearly going to visit again.

I feel bad for the girls who have to deal with the aggressive people as of late. They definitely don't deserve that harassment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke of a store, they have no customer service skills. I had another store put two pairs of jeans on hold as I wanted to exchange them. My local store didn't have them but the abbotsford store did. I was then told that the stores do not do store transfers. So, I traveled all the way out to Abbotsford to exchange the jeans only to find out that they put only one pair on hold and the second pair was the wrong size and inseam. Understandably, this made me very upset. Instead of fixing the errors, all the clerk could say was that it wasn't her fault and that she wasn't working that day when they were put on hold. She was not listening to what I was saying about the jeans that I wanted and actually started to yell at me after I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with their customer service and the lack of stock. She did nothing to help the situation and continued to argue with me. Frustrated, I told her to refund my purchase. She refunded everything except the shipping charges. (NOTE: I ordered the jeans online and picked them up from the Langley store, why were there shipping charges in the first place??? I did all the running around for them!!)
I tried to get the clerks name but she would not provide it. I have never experienced such horrible customer service or a complete lack of competence in my life. I was embarrassed at being yelled at in the store and will never shop at this store again. I hope that she is reprimanded for the lack of service and unprofessionalism. I recommend shopping elsewhere and not wasting your time with a store that doesn't care about or listen to its customers.
