★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really like the new space and selection, but when I purchased something yesterday, the clerk rang in my purchase incorrectly and didn't charge enough, so she did a return on the items and charged the difference. That would have been fine had she not asked for my personal info for the return transaction on a mistake that was hers in the first place. Today I have received several spam text messages when I haven't received them before, which tells me my phone number was likely leaked. Poor customer service or poor training is the reason for the rating (and possibly compromised personal info just adds frustration though it can't be proven).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to change my review because of my last visit. I am a regular customer and was really upset by the way the staff treated me. I was so upset that I plan to not go back. Staff scrutinized my one tax purchase for my granddaughter and made me feel like I was not being honest about who I was making the purchase for. I'm still feeling so insulted that I'm thinking about calling the store's head office!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, we were in the store hardly one more customer we were trying shoes and one of the assistant instead of asking us if we need any help she asked us to put the shoes back after trying really?? You want the customer to do your job??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about Ardene is its new location. Guys, it’s huge!!! You don’t feel suffocated anymore. I remember it’s used to be on the other side of the mall, very tiny shop with bunch of rude cashiers. I’m so glad it moved to Sears now.
Staff is great and helpful. They have ton of clothing, shoes, accessories etc. The place is very clean.
In shoes section you can find some seats to sit and try on shoes. Prices are great. They always have good sale. I found some cute Christmas stuff with reasonable prices.
