★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needless to say worst customer service! and NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL. I went in this weekend, I had to wait a very long time in line about 20-30 mins, didn't see much staff on floor, never once been acknowledged by any staff or offered assistance, Not even greeted. but by only one lady at the door. (came in for return and a whole new purchase for shoes, 10-15mins) no one seem to be free to take my size they had two girls helping and one free at the door. Took about 30 mins for someone to notice me and the only one who did was still the same girl at the door. very disappointing service no staff whatsoever on the floor time to time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately have to agree with all the other negative reviews, everytime I've been there over the past 5 years, doesn't matter who is working, it's always terrible customer service. Employees could care less about helping you, let alone even acknowledging your presence. Literally go anywhere else for shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female associate today was dismissive and purposely helped the other clients before me even though I was waiting longer. Additionally when she did finally get to me she continued to talk to the other client even when I was trying to tell her my shoe size. I was honestly shocked at the whole situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service!! My husband bought me the wrong size of boots for my birthday and lost the receipt. I called the store to see if they do an in-store exchange for a different size and they refused to help me whatsoever because I have no receipt. The boots are brand new still in the box with the barcode and the store manager refused to help me. Definitely will not be buying any more shoes from the store!!!
