★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I have walked-in, absolutely no greeting and No "May I help you" and essentially unnoticed and ignored; a bit chubby guy/Lids staff was standing still and asked me nothing; I asked him any sale, he replied with negative and racist attitude, " whatever you see in store, it's on sale; I told him that I received your Lids email about sale, he replied with very bad attitude that every Store is different and has sale or no sale; Essentially I have been shopping in Lids since its inception in mid-90s; this guy was the worst one, has No Can Do Attitude, he did not make any efforts to make some sale with me, I had a plan to get a couple of headwears; just on a note: Like MetroTown, Burnaby, Ground Floor, including Lids Guildford Mall Surrey, Lids provides Awesome services as always with greeting and smile, makes the efforts to to make some sale; Langley Lids I would give 2 stars, * almost same as Abbotsford Lids; Downtown Vancouver on Robson St. is also Awesome store & I give 5 Stars *; this is why I Drive always all the way to Burnaby or Vancouver, from Fraser Valley, Lids to get my headwear, also Bellingham, WA State is Awesome store;
Essentially I strongly recommend Lids to hire great staffs in Abbotsford & Langley Stores, including Metrotwn upstair Lids Store to maintain Lids credibility and good services; staff like Abbotsford and Langley it will ruin Lids name; not recommended to visit Abbotsford & Langley stores, especially. Abby & Langley staffs should be be sent to Metrotwn Ground Floor Lids for a proper and professional training programs and behavior/manner to deal with all kind of race & color.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices here on hats are basically the same as the cheapest comparable prices online. The service is great as well and they have a hat for basically every major sports franchise in North America. The selection here is also bigger than some of the other locations so that is a plus. I drop by sometimes just to window shop while waiting for everyone else to finish their shopping.

My name is Jeremy Olson and I am the GM of our company and we just received our hats and toques we ordered. I have to say that it was a privilege to be served by both Julie and Chelsie out of the Abbotsford, BC, Seven Oaks Mall location. They both made everything easy to figure out and place our order and we were all very pleased with the hats and toques we ended up getting. Thank you so much for having such excellent employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. I arrived at the establishment just looking for a little dome stability (and lord knows I've already got a fragile "mind wig" as it is). Thankfully the young lady braved the journey up the step ladder for me as my genetic impairment (moderately short ass legs) was the only obstacle standing in the way of acquiring an appropriate dome accessory. But I ended up going with a hat that was more at crotch level and I wasn't even banned from the store for wasting the employees time with my frivolous requests to look at the higher elevation skull attire. I will return if this hat lasts me through the winter and the blood keeps coursing through my veins

I was hesitant on going to another Lids location after my horrible experience at the one in Willowbrook mall, but as soon as I walked in an associate greeted me, I believe his name was Brett, and helped me right away. I have a very hard time finding hats because I have a big head but he was able to grab 10 different hats at least that he thought would fit and helped me until I found the perfect one. Kudos to him for excellent customer service and I will definitely be back to this location again.
