★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular customer since day 1 with this company. I spent well over $5000.00, and I regret it and I won't be going back. I got my fillers dissolved, and later injected. I spent close to $800.00 and saw no change. I went back to the Dr. who was not very happy with my complaint, it was beyond awkward. The product used didnt even stay in my body for more than a week. The doctor tried to blame my body for why the filler didnt last long. Sure, everybody metabolizes fillers differently, and if it had been 2-3 months since i had gotten the fillers i could understand. However i barely had my fillers for two weeks. I've gotten fillers done many times before and they always stayed for atleast 1 year. The Doctor wouldnt even give a single ML of filler. I wasnt forcing him to give me anything, but there is simply no need to be that disrespectful to patients/customers especially after all the money put down. Mistakes happen but no need to be rude about it.
I will not be returning due to the Dr's disrespectful and unprofessional manner in dealing with my complaint.
I also got Coolsculpting and saw no results despite losing 15lbs.
I didnt want to make this post, especially with the company just starting up, but after spending so much money, I don't want anyone else to go through it.
I decided to stay local with cosmetic procedures but I now understand why people continue to go out west. This was my biggest financial regret.
The rest of the staff are very friendly and very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden Gem to be shared :) Wonderful Medi Spa for skin care, massage and so much more I am hoping to try. First experience set the tone with Brittany being so welcoming and knowledgeable. Coming to the spa was equal with the welcome and beautiful relaxing lounge and services by Steve and all whom I'm sure are equally as competent. Thoroughly impressed :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the first spa experience that I had in years at this location and I was so impressed. The experience was lovely and the staff were delightful. They assessed my skin to provide me with the best option to address any skin issues that I have and they explained how it would feel and asked frequently how I was doing. Very lovely experience. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% recommend this spa. The customer service is stellar from the front desk to the doctor everyones attitude rocks. My lips where none existant and after going somewhere else I was unhappy with my results. Had my first visit with dr jones today and was thrilled. He was honest, educated and informative, he talked me through the process and we made a plan to safely get the results I want. The pricing is also amazing! I cant wait to try out some of the other services they offer! Thank you spa true abbotsford you got a client for life :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Campbell is so personable and knowledgeable. My initial appointment was just for a laser hair removal promotion, however I’ve now switched clinics for all other services I was so impressed. The unit clerk and other staff is also so friendly! Would highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most professional, honest, caring and beautiful clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Campbell and Dr. Jones are incredible to say the least. They are very knowledgeable and offer you the best treatment. The Staff (especially Brittany) are excellent, very friendly and give great customer service. Besides the skin treatments, their massage packages are fantastic! Another thing I really love about this clinic is it's cleanliness. I highly recommend this clinic!
