★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Refinery house for a few years to get my hair done by Kallie (LOVE her!!) and just recently started seeing Miranda for my brows and eye lashes, and I am NEVER going back!! The whole salon is the most friendly & loving environment, and Miranda always ensures I walk out of there pleased, which I always am! She takes such attention to detail and is so talented in what she does, I would recommend her to absolutely anybody! Love love love the services she offers!!

Having been to many salons over the years, I am by far the happiest with Refinery House. I will be continuing to come from Vancouver to get my hair done there. Totally worth the drive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Kelly at the Abbotsford location for a few months now and I couldn't be happier. She has nailed my hair colour every single time, even with my terribly vague requests. Somehow she understands what I'm looking for & does such an incredible job!
The salon is always clean and peaceful and its truly a relaxing experience every time I go in. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to see Courtney for a long overdue haircut and she absolutely nailed it. For any of my curly haired girls I would absolutely recommend her! She was super sweet the whole time and used products for curly hair that were wonderful. Can't wait for my next appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair done by Meghan and she did the best job ever!! We did a full balayage from brunette to blond which was a big change but it turned out far better than I even imagined it would! Super friendly and I loved chatting with her as well. She really takes the time to get to know you and paid close attention to what I wanted! I'll definitely be booking with her again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here a few times and really appreciate the peaceful way each stylist approaches my hair. I’ve been in for haircuts, highlights, and brows. They do free fringe trims between long cuts which I also love!
The salon is beautiful in design. They’ve got a text system that’s useful too.
