There was a mistake (which is fine) regarding the service I booked - I received the wrong one. I have sent out two emails and still have yet to receive a response. I just want this to be rectified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my very first time doin facial laser hair removal! I was very skeptic and worried at first because of various myths and stereotypes of getting laser hair removal! My experience getting laser done was so wonderful and comforting! It was PAINLESS! I’ve done 3 sessions and my hair is non existent in some areas! I feel so comfortable and happy in my skin now. I’d definitely recommend Red Lotus to anyone who is interested in getting laser done! Especially if you have very thick hair! Also Sundeep/Sandeep! Is the best with customer service, she is super nice and makes you feel welcomed! She is also very helpful & knowledgeable as she answers questions! I’m always happy to go in to treatment knowing that i am not being judged but being welcomed and genuinely cared for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was super hesitant to get any laser hair removal done, but it's been so worth it.
I had dark chin hairs for most of my 20's (now into my 30s) and it slowly got worse and worse with hormonal changes etc. Enough was enough- I couldn't even go a day without plucking in the morning and night because they grew so fast and dark. I love backpacking and I had to bring a mirror and tweezers just to pluck on a 3 day trip - imagine sitting in a tent on top of a beautiful mountain with glorious stars to view and here I am holed up in my tent, head lamp on and mirror balanced on my knee, obsessed with trying to get all of the hairs on my chin so people won't think a bush man is coming up behind them...
Anyways.. I got fed up enough, looked online and found that the Red Lotus spa had a google review from someone in my same predicament. I made a consultation first, they were lovely and knowledgeable and the owner is so sweet and friendly. She's done it on herself which gives you so much confidence that it works too.
My next appointments were fantastic. I could see results after the 3rd time and I almost cried when I realized how much more relaxed and confident I had become. I finished 8 appointments by November of 2021 and took a break. I am noticing I need to go back- but that was told to me at the beginning- hair follicles all grow at such different times, especially hormonal hairs, so to be consistent is key. I will be going back shortly and have recommended this place to anyone and everyone. I know at least 4 others that are going and getting their underarms and legs done and are loving the results too.
