I bought 2 iteams today. One 30% off and another one regular not on sale. She doesn’t tell me can’t return when I pay cash. everyone store always tell me that before. when i saw the prices regular not have 30% off, I just say: can I return a regular one cause I though both it’ 30% off. She said: can’t for paid cash, and when I ask again she said can’t return for regular price. That ok, I can got 2,but she not to happy when I ask, I was to say sorry with her because I not understand this is the first time I have this problem, but she don’t wan’t to help me, but it’s not my fault. And another lady of staff, she laughing on me, so rude. i never comeback again.

I thought I would give this store one more try after several bad experiences with the customer service in the past. There was one other customer in the store. I did not get any kind of greeting or acknowledgement that I even existed. I wanted to buy several outfits for work, but after trying for fifty...yes 50...minutes to finds sizes etc, and not one single time being acknowledged or asked if I needed help, I walked out empty handed. I heard the manager introduce herself to the other customer, so there was no point voicing my concerns to her as she was also completely ignoring me. I walked a few stores down the mall and gave my business to Cleo, where they were more than happy to assist me. I won't be going back to this location EVER. I have a Suzy Shier gift card and won't even go there to shop for free. Absolutely disgusted with the continuing bad customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Well to be fair I didn't get any service. I was trying to help my daughter buy clothes and the staff hide and ignore you. Had to get a fitting room for my daughter myself, help her get different sizes and the girl just stood ignoring us. Even when I asked for help because the pants were stuck on the hanger she just took it and said sorry and put them back. So we left with nothing. Some training in customer service and sales would go a long way in boosting sales and store image. I take great pride in providing my customers with exceptional customer service. As a person that does the exact same job I would never allow a person to get ignored and not help them from beginning to end.

I’d like to give a shout out to the ladies working at the Abbotsford location on Friday, April 16. Specifically the lady with the red hair, sorry I didn’t catch your name! Very friendly, efficient, and patient. The store was very busy and there was a lineup for the change rooms and she was extremely calm and organized. Thank you!

They have a terrible policy set in place. You cant try the outfits on and if you need to return no refund just a store credit. I understand with covid the change rooms are closed but not providing refund and no option to try it on is very unreasonable. Other retailers like H&M have their change rooms closed but are providing refunds id rather support those shops.

Always great customer service! The women who work there are consistently so helpful. They recognize me and make me feel welcome. They have great fashion ideas and suggestions. I always find something I love. I enjoy wearing the clothes for work and play.

I don't know why this store has a phone because whenever I call they never pick up the phone , I went there 3 times to return online stuff and their customer service was worst ,everytime they don't helped me by giving stupid reasons This store needs to change staff ....

I didn't catch the names of the ladies who helped me, but all three were lovely. I came in looking for a Christmas party dress, found some myself and almost left, not liking what I tried on. One of the ladies, ( she has blonde hair and glasses) caught me as I came out of the change room and suggested three other styles, I didn't grab one she suggested but I'm glad for her direction, I did find one I liked on that second round. Another lady, with long dark hair stopped to admire the dress I chose and helped me choose a leather jacket to accessorise with it. She was very friendly and helpful as well! And the lady who rung me at the till was so happy and wonderful to end to end my shopping experience with. Thank you to you all for making me feel special and to help me. I hate shopping but this was not a bad experience at all!
