★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love that books store still exist! Especially Coles.....it has been around since I was a little girl. I went in to find a certain type of journaling book and found this beauty to buy. Then I saw Anthony William's book Medical Medium. The cashier was so friendly, she even updated my information to my rewards card. I will always go to support a smaller business over a big box business. That's why I shop a Coles, they always have what I'm looking for or if they don't they will have it ordered in for me! How's that for service?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love going to this location because everyone is so helpful and happy to see you. I wanted to get a couple books and one of the ladies brought over a bundle set to see if I could get a deal. It's just an accumulation of small gestures that makes me think they really care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate not being acknowledged shopping no one offered to help me find a few books to buy today. Just standing at the cash register only wanting to take my money. Don't work that way. I'll buy from Amazon. I hate order takers and businesses that expect your money for doing bloody nothing, earn it provide some service. Lost a few hundred dollar order, how would that make your total sales today, now $0
