★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love that they carry swim wear all year round! Some items that are night wear, I wear as an outfit to go out in. Like their bras, reasonable in price even for us big busted gals.
The la Vie en Rose in Pitt Meadows is much bigger and has a fantastic swimwear collection.

My daughter had bought some stuff yesterday and it was the wrong size, so not even 24hrs later we went to exchange it for the right size , the same lady that sold it to her was there, so we told her. She was extremely rude and kept saying final sale. Wouldn't listen at all. I will never buy stuff there again. Very disappointed in customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in on Thursday to exchange one item that I have bought the day before for size S instead of M. Some how they didn’t had the same PJ in stock and I had to take something else from the same group of buy 1 get 2 free. The lady who served me ( Filipino)called me a scammer for barely 5 dollar adjustment in price. She doesn’t know anything about customer service. I would rather hire someone else than her being a manager who doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She is such a disgrace to the brand. I am a loyal customer and because of her I won’t be coming to this location ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went and bought a swimsuit and pj’s in the Abbotsford store, and I dealt with a middle aged lady with and accent (maybe the manager?) and she was so sweet and chatty, and then when I went back to return afew of the items she was so abrupt and rude, wouldn’t look me in the eyes, shaking her head to herself - very rude. as if she was insulted that I would return the items. Really put a bad taste in my mouth. Makes me want to not go back. You guys need to get a new manager!! I see I’m not the first one to complain about her…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars, I would. I Was in with my mom and when it came time to try some items on I wanted my mom there to have her help. One of the employees abruptly told my mom she could not be back there. Was I really expected to walk out of the change area, into the store, in my bra to have my mom help me? My mom was right outside the entry to the change area and the same employee kept telling her to move even though she was not in the way or preventing anyone from exiting or entering. She was so rude and made us feel so unwelcome I finally stopped trying my items on and we left. While leaving the room here was a girl outside another change room door chatting with the girl inside. I asked if she worked there and she replied no. Her sister was trying things on. So why was my mom not allowed but this girl was..? On our way out we tried to ask the rude lady her name and she shook her head and put her hand up. We asked the girls at the front desk if there was a manager there and they said it was HER!!!! The same lady that was so so rude. We were stunned and immediately felt bad for those poor girls working for her as they were all lovely.
NEW MANAGER AT ABBOTSFORD STORE NEEDED!!
We drove to the location in Langley as there were many items I was interested in purchasing and they were amazing! Mom was welcomed in the back while I tried on my items and got her opinion. Much better experience there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent lingerie shop. Really good sales prices and very helpful staff. This is my daughter's favourite store. Especially if Dad is paying for their Xmas presents. Do yourself a favour and let women choose their own lingerie..it will make your life easier. Just pay for it and thank your lucky stars they don't embarrass you or tease the heck out old dad. My daughter's prefer La Vie en Rose over La Sensa but they are both excellent stores. Something about styles but I have no idea and don't ask any questions.
