★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming here. All the staff are wonderful. I see Jessica and she is simply awesome for nails, Beauty treatments and massage. I Fly for a living and have received treatments all over Canada and the US. This is by far one of the best Salons I have been to and even when Im desperate for a nail fill I will wait until I am home in Vancouver to see Jessica before I'd go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massage by Harjeet ( probably wrong name) anyways, she was very friendly and very good with massage and asking if it was too hard or too soft. Facial was also awesome from same. She forgot to give me samples. I knew this as there were 3 of us and they got some. Too bad the girl at the front desk after the massage was so snippy when we went to pay and tip and buy more gift cards. After spending about $700. you'd expect a smile when you pay and give me a couple samples without making it seem like we're bothering her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular client of Jena & Susan's for over a decade and can honestly say I have never had such a consistently amazing experience anywhere else. All of the staff are so friendly and professional, and the salon is so glamorous & stunning!
Jena is an exceptionally talented stylist and always keeps my hair looking & feeling beautiful and on trend! She provides me with great advice on how to style my hair and what products to use...I'm a huge fan of the Bumble & Bumble hair products that they carry.
My eyebrows are always on point thanks to Susan! Not only does she keep them perfectly shaped for me, she did a beautiful job on my permanent eyebrow tattoo...I just love them! Susan has been helping me with my skin care regime for many years and the Dermalogica products really work well for me. I started getting facials monthly with Susan about a year ago, and my skin has seriously never looked & felt better.
I highly recommend The Parlour for any salon & spa services you are interested in :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this is probably the 5-6 th time I have visited this spa and had massages and facials fir my hubby too . Done body as well as facial treatments . Simran is amazing and does a fantastic job but today the front desk was extremely rude. The wrap treatment I booked has been changed and I was not informed . Whether it was me confused as a client or misinformed , I should have been given the benefit of the doubt being a regular there , it should have been dealt with ... with a proper explanation to set things straight . I went in expecting a different treatment same as I have done before and it was different. We all are working with COVID protocols and it becomes even more important to tell the customer what has changed and why and offer an apology for any miscommunication . That’s what it means to be in the service industry . Very disappointed today .... have to look for another spa now !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wrote about this place when they first opened but never did get in to try any of the services. Normally I was going to the beauty school for my facials. And I still would go there if they were still in Langley. But having said that, I had the most amazing facial today with Kat. I am so impressed as the wonderful experience I had. I am really happy to have found a new place to have my services done. I can't wait to try the massages. Great Covid protocol as well. I felt totally safe!
