★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so pleased with my experience again. Laura, one of the pharmacists at Brookswood pharmacy went out of her way to help me. I wasn’t able to talk with my doctor or make another appointment, but she said there was a new service where she could see which doctors had telehealth appointments, and she booked me an appointment. Laura waited for my prescriptions to come through, even though the pharmacy has closed. This pharmacy is top notch!

When I was pregnant, I wanted to get a booster for one of my immunizations and they actively worked to both get in it AND have it covered (through a government program or something) so it would be free. They have also gone above and beyond for us in a few other situations, and I cannot recommend this pharmacy and their amazing staff enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with many pharmacies over the last 20 years for my mother and these guys (and ladies) are the absolute BEST! I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff. From the owners to the delivery driver and everyone in between! They are knowledgeable, fast, respectful and go out of their way to get you what you need as fast as possible. They are absolutely phenomenal and I can’t speak highly enough of them! Thank you all for helping my family and I over the years, I hope I never have to deal with any other pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in early for my vaccine appointment because I was in the area. They were quick to fit me in. Very polite and knowledgeable. I also went there a few months ago and they helped me out with a prescription that was really messed up by another pharmacy. The lady stayed later to help me out and I was extremely happy and thankful for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely little pharmacy! It was my first time visiting them today, for my vaccine booster. I didn’t even feel the needle! The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and understanding. He listens carefully to your concerns and makes educated suggestions. The staff is very kind and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this pharmacy, the lovely owner and fabulous staff, enough. We went there this afternoon to get my daughter her grade 5 vaccinations; she has pretty intense needle phobia so we wanted a small private setting. I didn’t realize the pharmacy closed early on Sundays and we arrived after hours. The owner was still there and he was incredibly generous and invited us in. He was gentle, patient, and incredibly kind. He was also amazingly quick administering the injections and my daughter said that she never wants to get shots from anybody else and that he is “so nice”. Seriously everybody, best pharmacy ever.
