★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Susan was highly unprofessional. I felt obligated to share personal information that is not required to obtain property under the BC tenancy laws. Its all high hopes and disappointments. I will never attempt with rental property ever again regarding this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had a fantastic first time home buying experience!! Jeff Steele is our realtor, he knew we were completely clueless getting into the market. He took the time to answer any and all questions, made time for us whenever we wanted to go view places and made the whole process completely comfortable. It's scary buying your first home but Jeff is a great realtor, very knowledgable, I'd highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jennifer Clancey was extremely lazy, irresponsible and stupid. We sent her text messages and emails, and we waited and waited. She never return text message or emails in a timely fashion. We signed her off and used a better agent in Surrey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted realtor Mr. Wayne D Korol as we are looking for to buy a house and asked him to write the offer. He listened carefully our needs and wrote in such a way to protect our interest suggested a fair reasonable asking price. Due to the present "Hot" market, we could not compete and win. He was so encouragingly saying with a smile we shall wait; advising us no need to rush. He is a well experienced, trusted, honest realtor in our opinion. Not pushy for personal gain. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Wayne :-)

I wouldn't recommend her or this company as she clearly will discriminate against any women larger then a size small. ? She made her opinion very clear in a public way so their low 3 star rating is about to drop a few pegs. ?
