★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lucked out, I didn't know any local realtors when it came time to sell my condo. So I called Rick the Realtor at 2%, he came over and was professional and personable. He came over with a presentation, a plan, showed me exactly what was included with his services and the exact costs.
Started it all with a couple open houses and it was sold within a few days with multiple offers.
Needless to say I wouldn't hesitate to refer Rick to a friend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, has your best interests at hear and the integrity to work in an ethical and efficient manner then Rick-the-realtor is your man. Rick has the ability to remain 100% professional, whilst at the same time having a friendly and personable demeanour. I had no previous knowledge of the selling process of a condo, especially one that I was selling on the behalf of an elderly parent. The place sold in 7 days which is truly remarkable in a market that by all other indicators had slowed right down. It has been a pleasure working with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wish to HIGHLY recommend Rick Cenaiko, we had interviews with a number of realtors, but it was obvious to us immediately that Rick had a very professional and structured approach. We also noticed he listened intently to our wishes.
Rick showed very early on in our sales cycle that he was willing to do whatever it took to give us top notch service and he did. We have sold homes on both sides of the Atlantic and we have yet to meet such a resourceful realtor. He was able within a few shorts days to accomplish every thing he promised. We especially liked how he kept us up to date at every turn. How he presented our home was exceptional, brochures (first ones we never needed to amend), floor-plans, 360 video, really sold our home. We almost decided to say when we saw it all.
