I was also very appreciative of being booked in same day near the end of the day. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and I will be back in the near future. Thanks again!

Stephen has worked with me to help me work through some minor injuries and has assisted me in working on issues which have developed from, and affect my performance in, long distance running.

I have seen Stephen for a variety of issues over the years, and always found him to be an active listener who takes the time to thoroughly explain what he is doing. He works hard to get those knots out and I always leave feeling much better. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and as an added bonus, has a great sense of humour.
