I had never heard of this pharmacy but my doctor told me that they would have COVID Rapid Test Kits. I liked that they had a 5 Star Google rating. I find that people are often so mean if they don't get what they want from business owners so you can't always trust low ratings, but a 5 is stellar. These people are a model for all businesses. It starts with people who are genuinely interested in helping, who have the information and offer service with kindness. I messed up on my first rapid test so they took extra time to help me with the second one I bought. They gave me some vitamin samples and things to take the sting out of having to buy two tests. It was a great day; the rapid test was negative and I found the pharmacy that I want to deal with going forward. Thank you from someone who appreciates service and courtesy.

All the staff at both Brookswood Pharmacies have gone above and beyond. They take the time and care to explain everything and if you ever have any questions or concerns they are always there to help. Everyone from the owners to the delivery driver are absolutely phenomenal and I can’t speak highly enough of every single one of them. Thank you all for all your efforts and care for my family and I. You guys are the BEST

On Saturday, I remembered I needed to pick up a prescription so I called to check the time they closed. The pharmacist called me back and asked if I was on my way which I was, and I was able to get my prescription. I was so pleased! They really go above and beyond to help their clients. As well, the pharmacist gives very thorough advice for taking any new medications. Excellent pharmacy!

Brookswood Pharmacy staff is very personable, professional and knowledgeable and they fill our prescriptions faster than any other Pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure we get out prescription and to explain the prescriptions to us.

I dealt with Safeway and Costco, and no matter how many years I stayed with them, there was no feeling of personable service and caring. We met Shrief and Ahmed when they first moved into Brookswood and we transferred all of our prescriptions over to them. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I can't say enough about the level of service that we receive. They have gone above and beyond for me. We are customers for life.
