I have never written a review before, but after my shopping experience today at the Sevenoaks location I thought it was necessary, I have to say from my past experiences customer service has dropped, but after today I was presently surprised, I was helped by Celine, she was amazing, I was shopping for my son, she made it so easy, she was super knowledgeable and helpful, so friendly and had a smile on her face!! I have to say a huge thank you, she is an asset to that store, I wish more sales associates were like her!

At 10:45 am On Dec 27th I went to the Abbotsford location to exchange a Sweater that I had bought for my son for Christmas. I will say we have pets, Cats and dogs as most households do! On the morning of Dec 25th our pets were with our family in which my son was holding as kids do. When he opened his gifts he proceeded to try on his new Sweater. Yes as you can imagine some pet fur transfers to the sweater as I would expect it would if in store or trying on at home. The hair on it was minimal and could easily be shaken off or rolled. The sweater still had all tags attached and was not laundered as it was only tried on. The manager kept accusing me of basically lying stating it had been worn, I explained many times he only tried it on, we have pets nothing i can do. She refused to give me money back as I requested making me feel as if I was lying and trying to pull a fast on her. I told her i wanted my money back as I will NEVER shop here again. She still went on to say it is store policy to not have a product returned once worn still accusing me. I asked her if now people are not allowed to try on Christmas gifts or clothing at home. She ended up giving me a gift card which I did not want after the way I was treated. She then told me she has a witness as if I had done something wrong. I have never in my life gone to return an item that was too big for my child to only be treated like a Liar or be spoken to as I was. I will be going to social media about my experience with this So called manager and I would hope there are some sort of reproductions for treating a customer as she did.

December 22, 2018 I had the most traumatizing experience I have ever experienced. I was minding my own business shopping in their store trying clothes on. As I opened the door to leave the change room I had two security guards and the manager Nicole waiting for me. She began consistently accusing me of stealing an item that I didn't even try on. I kept telling them I don't have it. I willingly pulled up my shirt and opened my purse to prove my innocence which again they found nothing. She shamed me for no reason and she had no grounds to accuse me, no one saw me with the item. She only had two price tags from the item she found on the ground. She publicly humiliated me in front of a store full of Customers. I felt bullied as I couldn't defend myself and I was helpless. She refused service to me and had me escorted out of store for everyone to see. I am so stressed over this as this could ruin my reputation. Everyone thought I was stealing when all I wanted was to buy clothing. I shop there all the time for my daughter and I. The disrespect and unprofessionalism that I endured is emotionally damaging. She needs to be held accountable for her actions so this does not happen to anyone again. They need have staff to be able to distinguish between shoplifters and honest shoppers.

Went in on July 9th, had what I needed to exchange for, but extremely unimpressed that none of the girls working where wearing masks. And I highly doubt any of them have had a single vaccine. Won’t be going back. Did not feel safe being around the staff that could have gotten me sick!

Youth store.. most of the staff working is also a younger youth. My kids favorite store... Never really seen a crazy sales on name brands... bit overstock in items...

Worst customer service ever!! My partner and I picked up a few gifts for his granddaughter at Christmas time. Then we asked for a gift receipt. The young woman at the checkout counter informed us we should have asked for it prior to our purchase being rung through and acted like we were stupid for not knowing that. She told us it was no longer possible. Really???

I tried ordering online awhile ago. Under the women's section for converse I put women's 7.5. They sent me a men's 7.5 so I returned it, the customer service rep that helped me online was fine. I went into the actual store to check out if they had any. It was the same store location my shoes had shipped from. I showed her the shoe and told her the size I want and she asks if i got it from the men's or women's side... they were unisex shoes but i said the women's side and told her the women's size I needed. Instead of just saying they carry limited stock she says Converse are out of fashion I should order it online. I told her why I don't feel comfortable ordering online and she goes "Oh the person ordering it must have hit men's." The invoice I had said women's 7.5 but okay. Y'all can just admit there was a mistake and didn't look closely enough instead of gaslighting me.
