I have always had great customer service at this Pandora’s location, but in particular my experience today, I was served by a nice lady, I think her name is Beatriz. She was very helpful in regarding of walking me through wth my different options of jewelry I was trying to pick for my friend's birthday. She is very patient and sweet. Great, nothing more.

I have to say the customer service I have received from this location is amazing. I have never had a bad experience. Beatriz - the manager made sure I was happy because of a ring issue i was having. She gave me a few options and was quick to solve the issue. She was very nice about the whole situation and very fast to help. Everyone at this location has been super nice to me every time I have gone in.

It was my first time shopping there and I had a wonderful experience! I went in after looking at an item I wanted online. I ended up leaving spending a little more than I wanted and with two beautiful items, rather than the one I went in for. But I was very happy with my gift purchases for my mother. The service was wonderful! They did not make me feel obligated to buy anything. They did not give the sales pitch. But they went out of their way to describe details and give me the best service. Including modelling the items themselves!

I am a worker at Pandora (Metrotown) and I have not been paid for over 20 days I’m not the only person they didn’t give money the we work for we have been promised they were going to be paid this friday april 1 but nothing have been sent and we’ve waited for over a week already like how would we survive without our money for the last almost a month. I ask anyone to help us get our money for only in Pandora our doing anything about it

Had a very terrible experience today at Pandora Abbotsford location. We were advised for mothers day if I bought a set of earrings we can exchange them if my mom already had the same pair. That was the case and we took it to the abbotsford location since that is where we live and they were no help at all. We waited 30 minutes in line firstly to get in and second hand we were told at the front of the line we can't exchange it so we called the Willowbrook location where we originally purchased. They advised if it is an exchange you can do it at any location as said on the bottom of the receipt within 30 days. Furthermore we went back into the line and waited for another 30 minutes. Upon that we advised what we were told and they were starting the exchange and once we were almost done they advised we can't do an exchange since they are earnings. After confirming with Willowbrook we can exchange they advised we have to go back to Willowbrook and get it all processed there. Please note the receipt clearly says 30 days in unused condition we can exchange at any Pandora store within Canada. Lastly the manager was also not polite and was arguing with us in regards to why she can't exchange it and kept changing her answer everytime we had an objection for what she had said. Overall a very sickening experience with Pandora. Also please note these earrings were bought on May 6 and we went back to Pandora on May 7 for an exchange. Would not recommend Pandora for any purchases.

Not happy with this store at all. I recieved an expensive bracelet as a gift from this location that unfortunately is not my style whatsoever and is not something I can wear. The gift giver bought it during a black Friday sale for our anniversary not realising that they had stipulations on their sales. It's really disappointing that customers who are spending $300 plus per visit are not taken care of. I would have been happy to do an in store exchange for something that I would actually wear but this company already has their money and that's all that matters.

Alert! Dreadful customer service. Yesterday, around early afternoon, there's two sales girls. One is helpful but leaves during the sales exchange, and the other, mehndi girl, saunters over like a nosy neighbour with a stuck up attitude. It’s Pandora not Tiffany. Ignoring her, we continue our conversation. Yet, what seems like a long time to find a price on sale items, the girl leaves me with mehndi girl. Here’s a thought, price tag items. So, the mehndi girl, is on her tablet, the manager walks in, with an uppity attitude, and pipes her two cents unsolicited. Unhelpful, she stays in front of me, and watches intently like I’m about to steal something. Side note, there’s no other customer in the store. I’ve had enough. So the moral of the story is, if you like the brand, order online.

Stopped in to pick up a birthday gift and as always the staff at this location are wonderful and will have you on your way in no time with exactly what your looking for. Great service,great staff and and welcoming environment. Beatriz the manager is really helpful and very awesome.
