My 9 year old had his eyes tested for the first time this summer, and I was very impressed with the way Dr. Chan interacted with him. She was also very good at explaining things to me after. I really enjoy our visits here.

Picked out some nice frames which has the arms break....3 times. The first time I paid 100.00 to repair. The next two times not charged. However I was made to feel it was my fault. As someone whe has worn glasses for 16 years I have never had this happen. Getting money refunded was not an option. So..picked up the third frame today and was asked “you going to be more careful with these?”. So. My fault....no, I’m going to go home and sit on them then maybe throw them on the floor. Ugh. Last kick at the can. If these break...will eat the cost. Done.

The work they did for me to get new glasses at a price that there was no way they made profit. Their only concern was getting me my glasses and then to top it off, they were delivered to me Fed Ex. They never asked me to pay. Ask for Karen she went way beyond the line of customer service, I can not thank you enough.

Sure I consider buying online as an option does that mean I will... no I came to the store for a reason. He even told me to stop touching the glasses! extremely rude the only reason I didn’t leave 1 Star is because the lady that works there was very respectful and helpful to me

The lady at front desk she welcome me only to get my insurance number and my health care number so she can charge fee for my cancelations than she told me the doctor who is the one can proses my sunlife insurance not there today knowing i will use my insurance coverage so she lie to me and turn me off asking perhaps i can pay cash! Will never going back there EVER.

When I brought them back because the prescription was wrong (& brought my old ones in as an example), the only offer they could make was to move me to a single vision lens instead of what I had purchased - a properly graduated mid-range and reading lens. They said the have no access to better quality lenses and then offered sunglasses?! Do not be misled as I was. The quality is definitely sub par.
