★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. My appointment was supposed to be at 6pm. I just got a call 10 minutes before my appointment that my stylist Betu was running last 30 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes and when I reached there she told me to wait 30 minutes more. The stylist had just started washing other client’s hair. 0/5 Do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair dressers seem nice but the customer service is severely lacking. I don't know if it's because I am a guy but my time doesn't seem to matter. Made an appointment, showed up 5mins early and it seemed like I was looked down at when I came in. And 20mins past my appointment time and no one said a word. I had to check multiple times why I was waiting. And their reaction was wow, are you still here?
Waste of time and energy. Find somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a hair cut from one of the employees at this chatters last week. the women who did my hair had curled it to hide the imperfections and I was please when I left.
I then came home and the following day I straightened it only to find out the cut I received was absolutely awful.
I give it 2 stars because the employees were very kind but I am not impressed at all. I had to go somewhere else to get my hair cut corrected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience today was disappointing. My stylist did not listen to me, sprayed my face with hairspray, and was not friendly. She then cut my curtain bangs for me, first styling them so they went straight down. Then so they were sticking out, and I left with them not styled the way I wanted them. She also couldn’t get my part straight in the middle and didn’t seem to care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I asked for and what I left with. My hair was still damp when I left, and wasn't even attempted to be styled. The stylist said it was healthier for hair to dry naturally. She was a very sweet lady, but I won't be going back any time soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone who needs a curly cut I highly recommend going to Bernadette. She did a fantastic job! Parking wasn’t too bad I was able to get a spot out front. Salon was very clean and staff were friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salon was clean and well kept, the hairdressers were all polite as well. Lots of product on display and the service was great.
Expensive however, $40 for a men's basic Caesar cut is just a tad steep. Albeit, they accommodated a last minute appointment so I'm not complaining, just know that you will be paying more and you could get the same service elsewhere for significantly less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair done by Trish T. and she wad amazing! She listened to what I wanted, and made suggestions on what she could do with my hair based on its condition. I am beyond happy with my cut and highlights, Trish did an absolutely wonderful job. My hair looks and feels great!
