★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is awful here. I stopped by today for mobile service and ruined my whole day with a terrible experience with a girl working there who seem to have little knowledge about her job and no efforts to provide a required solution, the worse was her grumpy attitude. I have never experienced this kind of service in other Telus shops for the past 10 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service experience here was horrible. I finally spoke to a young girl after she was done with her phone. There was no eye contact as to who was in the store. There was many deal and promotions Telus was offering but she was reluctant to assist in explaining the details. She would not explain the details of the bundles if I bundled my service. This girl simply isn’t a good candidate for Telus and doesn’t even register as a single star. Poor poor job these are Black Friday extended promotion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to inquire about getting my son a new plan today. Like we were prepared to leave with a phone. I understand covid 19 has changed alot of rules. I was prepared to wait my turn. However was told to go away and phone in to get a new plan. And basically told us that new services from New clients were not important to them. I was supposed to go into their store and ask zero questions becuause I should have all the answers. Not how you treat new clients. The space available were for people with real problems she told me. Going to go some where they actually want new customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there yesterday and the service and above all the friendliness of Eric was exceptional. He did everything in such an organized way setting me up with my phone to Telus . The only negative was the girl who let me in the door wasn't too friendly which got my backup otherwise a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got a new iPhone 12, and the Indian girl Nirvir helped me, she was Amazing and super accommodating, she even transferred all the old information from the old phone to my new. I was super happy with her customer service, she gave me a really good deal, I previously went to the Coquitlam location and the guy there screwed me over and up sales me, but Nirvir was honest and kind. I appreciate all of the work she put into helping me, thanks I recommend this store!

Upon entering this Telus store, Dustin right away asked how he could help me out before putting on his Covid mask. I had three questions about my account and all of them were answered by Dustin with confidence. He is a people person and knows what customer service is all about. I highly recommend speaking with Dustin for your Telus mobile needs!
