They never pick ur call. After a waiting period of more than one hour, they disconnect my call. It looks like they disconnect purposely. If you can’t handle a business, please stop it. I am paying $20 every month from last two years. At least, my call should be heard.

Totally bad service, don't expect anything from geek squad of this location they never pick your phone. we are paying more then $35 every month for geek squad membership from last 2 years. when we need their service once in a 2 years they are not picking up the calls. when i call customer care they said you have to visit store " we cant do anything". Then whats the meaning of your membership?? when i speak with store guy he said we have a lot of other stuff to do, so we can't pick your phone calls. Then finally i droped PC for repair they said i will take 2 weeks, now even after a month spent they are not giving any call back and no even picking up my calls

Nightmare to deal with the call center/ website Was given wrong info Told I’d get a claim number and a replacement via gif card that day Well almost a month later I’m still waiting And the joke of a company they outsource for repairs is even worse Do not buy an extended warranty though them if you can help it

My friend went to geek squad in order to get his computer fixed he told them that the last place he went to tried replacing his ssd in hopes that it would fix the issues. It didn't work he keeps getting the blue screen of death on his pc. Me and my friend are having a hard time figuring out what causes it resulting in us trying out geek squad instead. My friend tells Geek squad that the ssd was replaced from a previous repair shop in hopes to fix it but they respond to this information by simply replacing his ssd again and he gets blue screened immediately on launch leading me to believe that is wasn't tested at ALL after the repair. The PC was in repair for 2 to 3 WEEKS! Only to change ONE part that we stressed was already looked at and obviously they didn't test the repair afterwords. I understand if geek squad wouldn't trust the previous professional because you haven't met them but at least they should heed a little bit on customer feedback and incorporate it with the repair since my friend wasn't being mean or unreasonable once. Again just to stress the situation I don't recommend this geek squad at the moment!

I never write review but this service made situation I had to. Worst customer service. Worst experience. Please please please don't buy this service. Harldy any benefits and Ull be experiencing ALOT ALOT ALOT of problems to get people hold

I have never had such bad service in my life, I have been trying to get a hold of the Greek squad for a week with no luck. I dropped my computer off over a week for repairs and unable to get a update. The people I talk to do not speak proper English. They will not give me the ext number for the abbotsford store in bc. I will never deal with Best buy again. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars in the store. Never again.

Very disorganized, things delayed, didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Brought in my old computer to transfer data over to a new computer for my dad. They recommended a model for me that should suffice and fit my hard drives. The new computer arrives 3 days later and they call to tell me that the hard drives don’t fit into the new computer. I tell them to get a new drive that’ll fit and to continue with moving the data over from the old to the new. 2 days later they call saying there’s no slot for the new hard drive and I will need an external hard drive instead, meanwhile the whole reason I bought the new computer was because it was supposed to be able to take my old hard drives to begin with. The next day they call saying there’s not enough room on the external hard drive and I’m just puzzled why they didn’t just pick a bigger drive to begin with. .. I end up telling them just to get a bigger external drive and they say it’ll take another 2 days. Then they finally call telling me it’s ready for pickup and said they’d have my old drives put back into the old computer so they won’t get lost. I go there the next day… I wait for 30min in line and finally when it’s my turn, nothings ready for pickup, the drives are not installed and nobody knows what’s going on…. Very disappointing, wasted so much time and no apologies. Very disrespectful to waste my time and sad level of service. Wasted a lot of time and I will not being using this service ever again!!
