The service here is great and should be applauded. The quality of their products is a different situation. Earlier this year, I broke my screen came in super quick and easy. Broke my phone again, this time it was an internal screen problem after a drop. Learnt my lesson.
After buying a new otter box, a very good screen protector. I picked up my phone off of the table to see it only turn purple. Meaning the screen on the inside of my phone cracked again.
If your wanting to replace your screen more then you think, this is a great place to go.

β β β β β I am absolutely blown away by the customer service. They are so kind and patient with customers. There are very few places nowadays that provide the level of customer care that this place does. You don't see too many good places like this anymore. Breaking a phone screen can be an extremely stressful situation, but they make you feel at home and at ease. I've had my phone screen replaced a few different times at this location and the customer service is first class. I literally have a next door neighbor that fixes phones and yet I choose to drive all the way across town to take my phone to uBreakiFix. I can't say enough good things about these folks. Thank you!

β β β β β Went in this morning with a glitching phone. The person behind the desk was the nicest associate Iβve dealt with anywhere in a long time! They had my phone fixed in 30 minutes, put on a new screen protector for me, and sent me on my way! The protector is put on perfectly, my phone is back to working great, and they were so nice to my 1.5 year old who just wanted to explore and look at all the phone cases. Highly highly recommend this business! I would drive the 30 minutes to get there from where I live any day! Thanks so much!!
