★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We passed by Fraser furniture on our way to look at a place in Abbotsford and my husband noticed and remembered the name of this place. For some reason, he remembered this again when it was time for us to purchase items for our new home.
Whew! I'm glad he did. Sam said hi the minute we came in. Asked what we needed and left us alone to roam around. The minute we needed to ask our question, he was more than happy to come out of the office to accommodate us. And then left us alone again while we were waiting for my husband to come in with our daughter.
From the minute my husband came in....Sam spoilt my husband big time :-) and helped reduce my stress (a lot) as I get overwhelmed when faced with choices.
This is not one of those big furniture shops with cheap, medium and high end furniture, my kind of place! They only have quality inventories so not that many chances to choose and make a bad buying decision.
I'm excited to see the items coming.
As well, they offer affordable extended warranty .. and Sam again explained what the warranty covers.
Definitely worth checking out pips!

Although they may have slightly less selection than some of the other furniture stores, the quality of their products is far better. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering whatever questions we had when we posed them, and helped us choose the right bed for our situation. While browsing the store, the staff did not hover over us or pester us like staff at other stores. After we made our purchase they said it would be 6-8 weeks until our bed was ready and delivery + onsite build was included. They were exactly right and our bed was ready around 7 weeks later. The delivery men were great as well, contacted me prior to delivery and were were friendly while at my house building the bed. Overall, buying our bed from here was a very good experience from start to end and we are very happy with our purchase. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for new furniture.

Was about to get that one at a different local known place for same price, but Sam and Jesse were nice and not pushy, which made me choose them.
Promised to deliver by Friday, brought it on Tuesday.
Good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Wife & I just moved to the new place and were looking for living room & bedroom furniture. We visited many furniture stores in the area ( Langley, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford) but loved Fraser furniture's collection.
On top of it, Sam showed us each and everything with patience and tried to understand our choices. We bought a dining table, two beds, Bar chairs from him.
The delivery of the stuff was ahead of schedule, which pleased us. Also, Sam called us to make sure we were happy with the installation & delivery experience.
My family was so impressed by his candidness as well as professionalism. We are also planning to buy other living area furniture items from him. Prices are also reasonable, so I recommend visiting his store whenever you are planning to purchase any furniture item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and great products. Great selection of furniture with very quick delivery. I recently ordered a coffee table which arrived quickly and in pristine condition. Plus the table was 200 dollars cheaper than the competitors. I highly recommend Frazer Furniture!

We were searching for the right sofa for a long time but unsuccessful. We went to this store and tried every sofa on the floor. Sam was so patient and put no pressure on us. He even followed-up pleasantly when the ottoman delivered was on the wrong side. Completely satisfied.
