The worst shopping experience, the worst quality; they know how to get on the people looking for budget furniture, tried so many times to get my bed fixed; even went personally but all in vain. Please beware.

I was in the store a couple of days ago browsing for a new bed set and I was welcomed with great customer service along with a great selection of pieces to choose from. The store manager was very helpful and gave me a great deal. Definitely my new go to furniture store!

Horrible customer service! If you want to buy here, please make sure that the item is safe for use. We got our bedroom set in January of this year and this is the third time the bed broke. The headboard cracked at the top, I'm not even sure how that's possible but anyways they just put a layer of color over it and there is a nailed piece of wood on the back. The crack can still be seen. They had absolutely no intention to replace it even with the warranty. The bottom of the bed would break multiple times and every time they would come in and "fix" it, without replacing it. 2 weeks ago the bed rails broke and collapsed together with the bed rail support on the side of the bed in a middle of the night and I fell through while sleeping and hurt my head and neck. It's obviously a safety issue. After multiple calls they came in today to fix it again and I explained to the owner that I fear for my safety and the safety of my children and that I would like to return the bed, and be refunded. I would even take the store credit to replace it with a different model. The owner barely let me speak, he was rude and arrogant and he said that it is my fault because I don't have a carpet and that my floor is slippery. The whole time he tried to argue with me. He never asked about me being hurt or anything. I had to ask him if he can please let me speak. He continued that he cannot take back the damaged item and that I should be happy that they came in so many times to fix it because he has to pay those workers. I politely asked if the bed leg and railings collapse because I don't have a carpet why did the headboard cracked on the top then? He again blamed it on the floor, but why did nobody told me that the floor is the issue while they were fixing it the previous two times? I asked why didn't he warn me that I need the carpet if he knows that there would be a safety issue? Isn't it important to warn the customers of potentially dangerous situation??His response is that it's not his job to say that and if I had any common sense I would know that myself. This is the first time I've heard about this. I honestly don't know how could this be my fault but if it is, I'll take it, the point is no one deserves to be treated like this. The owner had no compassion, respect or politeness towards me as a customer and he failed to admit that this product is bad quality and faulty. This is not a way to conduct a business. I will never buy here again.

We purchased a sofa set from them, and the quality of fabric is extremely low. We are chasing them for the last three months, and they have not been helpful! Unfortunately! If you buy a piece of clothing with low fabric quality, they change it for you, with the furniture they say it is not our fault! they refer you to the manufacturer, they do not take responsibilty and say to you go to retail! You are in a loop now and it's waste of time and energy. I called in the store, we went in person, and nothing yet. It seems that there is no coordination and transparent communication between the staff and manufacturers. I am very disappointed and do not recommend working with them. I prefer to buy from big companies moving forward; at least they take care of you if anything is wrong with the product!

Just bought a new bed frame and mattress from them. very helpful and very nice. They delivered right away and I had a problem with a part of the bed due to my own mistake and they came over and fixed it right away. The whole staff is excellent. True customer service
