★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered a couch in November and were told it would take 6-8 weeks, MAYBE 10 due to Covid delays. Understandable. Our couch has now been delayed twice and we won't receive it until late March at the earliest. We reached out to customer service and they didn't even offer us a 5% discount or voucher to compensate for the delay. I would not recommend buying a couch from this place unless you enjoy sitting on the floor for months on end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought the Arden duvet set and I love it. It fits my king bed perfectly. Hangs down enough on the sides so it hides the sheets but not the upholstered side rails. It washed up well. Now I just need a little pop of color to brighten up the space. Thank you to the lovely ladies in store who helped me with my purchase.
