★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recieved an email stating that my order was ready for pickup in the morning (9am) I went around 5pm to pick it up and they said it's not there yet. Confused, I told the worker that I received the email and he said "yeah that doesn't mean that it's ready. Honestly it probably won't be sorted out and ready for a few more days".
Slightly frustrated with the inconsistency and lack of communication between the online department and in person.
