Went in at 6pm... staff were on their phones and didn't seem to care I was looking for a specific product. I wandered and said excuse me and they were to busy either on their phones or rush cleaning. I found what I was looking for on my own thankfully. Product wise they are completely stocked with everything one could need no matter your price change!

Amazing service, friendly knowledged staff. Lots of products to choose from, not overpriced either. I just started a new skin care line so I am pretty excited to try it out.

Wife Bought makeup remover in Dec, we got into a car accident after that and weren’t able to use this product at all. Last week we tried to use it and it gave a rash to her face. We went to return it and the cashier I can’t but let me call my manager and when the manager come she said I am so sorry but I can’t do anything about it. If the manager has no discretion then why are they there? I rate them 0 Star but that wasn’t possible.

This is probably the worst customer service I've experienced in a while. This was my first time shopping at this location and I'm extremely dissapointed. Upon walking in, I noticed it wasn't busy, with maybe two other people shopping. I needed help finding an item and I approached the front counter where three girls were standing. The three girls standing together stared at me blankly, without a simple hello or can I help you with something. I asked for help finding an item and rather than help me one of the girls asks another girl who was busy with another customer. Being a business owner myself and seeing how they acknowledge their customers at this store, it's no wonder why this place has the negative reviews it does. Do better.

Went in a few weeks ago to look at some skincare products for the first timeβ€” I’m usually visiting Sephora for makeup, and decided it was time to change and splurge on some high-end skincare. I did research a few products I had in-mind before visiting (toner and cleanser). It was pretty slow when I visited. I was approached by one associate, and I didn’t have any questions at the time. But when the time came to ask ones help, nobody was around, or there was one person assisting customers to the particular skincare/ hair product they needed, but would just leave right away before I could ask for help. I probably spent 45 mins there cause I was really unsure about two products that I was comparing, and just had to read into it more on my phone and the ingredients as well to make my decision.

This location is the best. They are the most approachable and down to earth. I find other locations tend to have associates who are stuck up and a bit rude. But staff here are friendly and helpful. The other stores should make note of this locations customer service. I'm sorry but calm down you are selling makeup no need to be so stuck up.

My sisters and I came for perfumes and oils. The staff was great and helped a lot when you approached them. I got a vanilla perfume that was recommended. Prices are reasonable. Just sad there are no samples anymore. I would definitely come back.

Worst customer service ever! Every time I walk in wearing makeup, no one ever asks me if I need help. The days I wear no makeup and my hair is up is the day everyone in the entire store collectively decides they want to help me. Today, I walked in wearing my hair up, no makeup and a mask because I’m recovering from a cold and I was not able to shop in peace without being interrupted 20 times. There was even an incident where two of the employees were standing in front of me and they asked one after another if I needed help. I ended up going off on the second one that asked me the same exact question. I also asked her if she was deaf? I personally think this location needs to hire people that actually have customer service experience.
