On this day I was particularly looking for gel polish. And colors. They didn't.

I love this beauty supply store and i love that they have opened one closer to me. Unfortunely i almost avoid going because of a certain staff member. I was there all of 10 minutes and was asked 4 times “if there was anything j could help you with and let me know if you need help”. Yes thank you.... i will let you know if i need help. Each visit has been the same.

I came to this store with 2 other professionals that I work with. My coworkers and myself have never been treated so poorly. We are the professionals and yet they follow us around like we are about to steal and ask us millions of questions when all we want to do is get what we need and or want and leave. One of my co workers went to wait in her vehicle because she said she wouldn’t give her business to them because of their teenage behaviour. I didn’t know till later that while they were bagging my stuff my friend saw the three lady’s at the till make remart about me and dirty looks. Also I spent more than enough for their free gift bag ,it was all garbage including the bag . Stuff they got for free and probably didn’t want and can’t sell because they were all free samples. And a table with dollar store home cupcakes. At any other beauty supply store they don’t cheap out like that. It was a waste of my time and ruined my day. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. They knew nothing of the products they sell. They treat u like criminals and they are the ones with next to no schooling if they work their but behave like teenagers. Either they need a whole new crew of workers or I see them looking pretty empty and out of business very soon. Oh and if I knew about their no return policy I wouldn’t have spent a penny because the drill I bought has a cracked case and some minor issues but with any other supply store that wouldn’t have even been sold to me. They should mention that upon selling. Also the goody bag had open bottles of the sample spilt and when I called the lady names Tammy never apologize and made it into a accusation that I may have done it myself. I never looked into the goody bag till I got home and their was conditioner spilled all over everything. Anywhere els would have offered another bag or atleast apologize. After all that she hung up so fast I didn’t get a chance to say anything els . So basically she hung up on me after saying she will note it down that theirs leaking stuff In give away gift bags. I couldn’t believe how bad of an experience it was with this store, just crazy!

This store is nice and I like the products they have here. My rating is strictly about the staff. Tammy is friendly, and tries to be very helpful. When I came into the store she asked if I needed help finding something to which I said I was perfectly fine, thank you. I found it very irritating to then be followed around the entire store pestered about multiple products I had no interest in. I understand some people may want help and advice but I specifically communicated that I did not. It is very irritating to be followed around a store by the staff. I hope they realize that this was such a turn off that I have stopped myself from returning multiple times.
