★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 2006 Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT in to have a wheel bearing replaced. Jon (Service Advisor) was very detailed in his assessment of the repairs/service and quote for repairs.
After a test drive they also noted that the clutch and front calipers needed servicing. Once they had the clutch apart they confirmed the dual mass fly wheel was broken and had been the cause of the engine vibration. His quote for the dual mass fly wheel to single mass fly wheel clutch conversion kit was reasonable as well as the caliper service and wheel bearing replacement.
After service the car runs like new! Very happy with the service provided and all costs matched up with the initial quote. Highly recommended!

they fixed my old 2005 BMW X5 - it had a parasitic electrical leak or so I thought , other shops turned me down said it was too difficult to trace , these guys didn't hesitate said its no problem and they gladly took care of it , I love my BMW in spite of their maintenance and repair challenges it's still a great car . Collins automotive have made it possible for me to continue this love affair due their excellent mechanics and service desk.
highly recommend them for any vehicle including my neighbors Subaru.
very friendly service. reasonable prices nothing too hard for them.

I have never felt taken advantage of, which is that a great feeling as a female with little knowledge of automotive mechanics. They provide all of your options clearly and their prices are fair.

I was told by Canadian Tire that I needed some repairs done urgently without being explained why and what parts needed to be replaced. They gave me a report with mechanical terms I didn't understand. So I went to Collins automotive and Jon went above and beyond to explain everything very thoroughly and shown me on my vehicle exactly what needed fixing and why and the timeline I had for each repair. And none of the issues were as urgent as Canadian Tire made it sound. The transparency was very refreshing and truly appreciated

Was originally thinking about taking my 328i into the dealership for service, but decided to take it to Collins after talking it over with John. They did regular oil change and diagnosed the car for any errors. The way john explains everything was something that every car guy expects, he will understand your needs. He will help you to save money. And facts that you don’t even know about your car. I'm very impressed with their knowledge of German cars and their friendliness and will definitely recommend them!

Jon and the the team were fantastic, completing replacement of my Model 3 AWD suspension (KW V3) in less than a day!
There was a minor interior cosmetic issue when I picked up my car, Jon did not hesitate to step up and resolve it at my convenience (mobile tech attended my home).
The Collins team went above and beyond in regards to quality and service, would not hesitate to recommend!
