Terrible service and very rude! This business used to have a good reputation when his father owned the business.
K	KeithRobinson90 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop was recommended to me. I took a vehicle to them for a Provincial Inspection. They charged me $165.00 for inspection. ( BCAA charges $130) plus $16.50 for shop supplies (tough to imagine what supplies it takes to 'inspect' a vehicle). In reality 'shop supplies' is a way or supplementing the shop rate which is in fact $180/hr. The vehicle failed the inspection for 3 reasons; 1. Washers not working - reasonable, understandable. 2. The rear seat headrests are missing - understandable. 3. A hole in the rear bumper about the size of a coaster! Which is in no way dangerous, a hazard to pedestrians or influencing the operation or safety of the vehicle. 'Those are the rules' I was told (by two guys operating a business, dealing directly with the public but NOT wearing masks, which is currently against the law!). 'You could put a piece of tape on it if you like, I don't give a s..t'! Really, that was the answer I got when I questioned their lack of common sense. Maybe a little customer service could have gone a long way by putting a piece of tape on it instead of failing the vehicle for such a ridiculous reason. This shop appears to have a reasonable reputation: with such a lack of common sense they will never be recommended by me.

Wanting the alignment done right. 2003 BWM 325i had a slight pull to the left. These guys obviously solved that issue. Rotated my tires at my request. No extra charge. Pleasure to deal with, took my vehicle in at the exact appointment time. Easy pleasie. Thank you again.

K	Kris Ramey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my wife's truck in for a wheel alignment. Was advised that it needed ball joints which I had a feeling it needed. Turns out the front diff housing was so corroded that it needed a new housing. I sourced out a used diff from a used parts supplier. The replacement diff also needed ball joints and Brian was able to have the supplier cover the cost of parts. Every step of the way Brian was honest and up front. The truck spent 3 days on his shop hoist and I was so happy with the cost of the work and the quality of the craftsmanship. I would highly recommend any one looking for automotive repair work to see Brian and his guys. You will be happy you did.

My truck broke down on the Coquihalla Connector on friday night as I headed to Kelowna for a weekend from Vancouver. The tow truck driver and a knowledgeable friend in Kelowna both recommended RPM and I am so grateful! Despite being super busy they looked at my vehicle first thing monday morning, knowing I had to get back to Vancouver. They did a really thorough diagnosis, multiple tests to check the fix and by noon I was on my way. The cost was extremely reasonable. Kevin even contacted me the next day to make sure I got in ok (which I definitely did!) My only regret is that RPM isn't in Vancouver so I could take my truck to them all the time. Thanks so much Kevin and crew!
