★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my vehicle back from Maaco yesterday and they did an excellent. I am glad that AutoMind made sure they came in very high. By the time I finished with her at AutoMind I promised myself that I would go somewhere else and get the job done - anywhere but there.
I was extremely pleased to meet with Nabeela at Maaco. I didn't for a second think that she was dishonest. She gave a price that was hundreds below the others. I think she went above and beyond.
They did a great job on my car and no hidden charges or delays.
If I ever need bodywork again I will go there first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my car here for a second opinion after another company quoted me a minimum of $3000 to fix my hood latch. The team here squeezed me in on short notice, fixed the problem really quickly and for a fraction of the cost I was quoted at the other company. The manager, Shahbaz, was kind, polite, understanding and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. I will definitely take return here if I need any future repairs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got estimates from three different bodyshop to repair the rear bumper of my vehicle and Maaco's estimate was the most affordable. The customer service was outstanding and the repair was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed during repair time. I got a lifetime warranty on the repair and can't even tell if there was a damage to my vehicle. I would highly recommend Maaco to anyone who would like to repair their vehicles privately to save $$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are polite and respectful. I did shop around for quotes from other establishments.
However, this particular shop was the ONLY one that followed up with me afterwards to offer incentives to do business with them. That made my mind up to do business with them.
I never regretted that decision. I am particular with my vehicles and have nothing but praise for this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who estimated the cost of a paint job on my 2001 RAV4 was very helpful and honest. I discovered that the cost for proper job was beyond what I would ever recoup in increased value and so chose to not have the paint done. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and will use them in the future for newer vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a work van here and they stuck to our trademarked colours per franchise head office instructions no problem. Even followed up after to make sure we were happy with the job. Shahbaz really cares and is a pleasure to work with. Nice to have a local company we can count on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was painted last August! I’m most happy with the colour but it keeps getting scratches crazy easily and it’s really dumbfounding me. This is the high tier option with Base Coat/Clear Coat. not even scratches from door dings, there are quite a few on the door panel and on the roof ??
