This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a automotive repair shop staff was friendly and helpful I gave them a budget and asked them to fix as much as they possibly could on my dodge front end they completed that job and fixed another problem that would have left me stranded my rear universal was shot went above and beyond to make sure my truck was safe and still stayed below budget great job !!!!!

I bought a set of rims and tires from Ground Force in mid summer last year, I have a 2016 Ram 3500 with the manual trans. I called Aaron and he got me in almost right away and did a complete service on my truck and replaced the clutch with the South Bend Dual Disk. I couldn't be happier with the price and how professional they were. I will be going back for more work in the future.

Came here after a recommendation for an alignment after lifting my 17 tacoma new rims and tires. Told it could not be aligned I needed UCA's Ordered UCA's from them. Ordered SPC specifically because they give you lots of room to move the tire forward in the wheel well. Came back to have them installed and aligned After getting my truck back my tires rubbed at the back of the wheel well more then prior to install. I questioned the shop and was told it is correct. Come back for a cab mount chop. Aaron explained with detail how he does them etc. He did not do it but rather had someone else do the work. Apparently never looking over the work. My tires were still far back in my wheel well and rubbing on trim that it was not hitting prior. Basically going a step backwards. I went home and took my truck to Westcoast Alignment & Frame. They aligned it without a problem. After going home I noticed they had cut through the body seams under the vehicle on both sides when doing the cab mount chop. After many emails back and forth they agreed to have Toyota fix it for me and Toyota would warranty the repair. They paid Toyota to repair it. Yesterday I get under my truck and I notice above the chop on the driver side there is a large electrical cable feeding into the truck and it has been severed. I contacted Groundforce who insisted I bring it back for them to look at and repair. I decided to take it to Toyota for piece of mind. Toyota told me the casing had been cut 2 wires were severed and 1 was completely cut through. a new harness is in the thousands. they repaired the wires and taped everything up and it cost me $130. Groundforce did pay Toyota to have my truck repaired the first time and reimbursed me for my alignment. After signing a release of liability form. They did try to work with me to resolve the issues they caused but overall my experience at Groundforce was a negative one and I could not recommend it. Update... I have since been contacted by a lawyer on their behalf asking me to remove all reviews.

Did 4 inch Lift and tires. Also installed Iron cross bumpers with some fabrications and a winch! One loud horn set "the train is a comming lol” . Great person (family) to do your work for you! Thanks 0 0

Had a great experience at Ground Force, they did an awesome job on my Jeep! Reinforced front D44 axle with truss and rcv axle shafts, B&M Shifter, Warn VR Evo 10-S winch as well as waited up for me to get there as my clutch blew up on my way to the shop and had to get a tow, also offered to help get me there if I could make it to the exit on highway. Awesome shop, quality work and great service. Thanks for everything!
