-they took us in quicker than the rest of the shops we called
-Kyle was very helpful from the initial phone call, down to the details - he was willing to explain the entire process to us even though it may have been repetitive for him to do so
-the quality of the job was great!
-even the alloy on our wheel was repaired to the point that it looked brand new
-they also met the time deadline they had estimated
Very happy with their work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never encountered such genuine and sincere people in automotive or any service industry before..the glowing reviews Paramount has is so true. I went there today with my ICBC collision estimate ...I was treated with utmost respect and kindness . I truly felt like I could trust Kyle and Mark to provide me with the best honest service possible . They were very professional and knowledgeable yet I was a person to them , not a paycheck. My airbag light was on , I was quite concerned about it. I had called Nissan and they were going to charge me a hefty fee just for diagnostic. I called Kyle back to ask if this could be related to my rear end - parked vehicle collison. I didn't think that could have been the case. But Kyle asked me to come back , he ran diagnostic on it and it was fixed for me free of charge. Now , I'm a single mother with 2 children . It was either pay Nissan to get it fixed or get my kids Christmas presents. I'm able to have a better Christmas because of Kyle and Paramount Auto Body shop. I'm truly grateful that I found this gem of a place. I would not hesitate ever to recommend Paramount to everyone I know.

They even fixed up small touch up things that wasn’t even asked of them. Overall, awesome staff, and great work they did on my car. Will be sure to use them again!
