★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this shop for several years now, and you just can't beat the value and honesty/transparency. I'm a TDI Golf owner, and I wouldn't take my car to anyone else. I trust this shop, and they always answer my questions. I'm super happy with the service I get here, and it's just so much more affordable than taking your car to the dealer. I hope JS Performance sticks around forever. :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I booked an appointment over a month ago and had to reschedule to today. The lady on the phone was extremely kinda and reschedule my appointment with no issues. Once I arrived today, she was super friendly and knows hers stuff. They were fast and fair no issues. I'll be returning to have more work done when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the most honest, professional, kind car mechanic I have ever had. I moved to the interior and there was a part manufacture issue (not JS performance's fault) they drove all the way to the Interior, picked up my car, fixed the part and drove it back to the interior!!!! I am now hoping they will more to the interior so I can continue to use them!!! I would recommence them to everyone and anyone! Such an honest hard working Mechanic and family!!! Also they show you the parts they removed from your car and why you needed a new one. Never had this before with any mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional owners, kids working there don't take pride in their job. Owner has family problems and yells at his own wife IN front of the shop. DO NOT trust them with your vehicles as owner will persuade u to start getting service done from him. Took my 2021 vehicle their and done know what he did to my diagnostics and internal memory but he refuses to tell me. Feeds u false information saying his repairs or services dont void warranty, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH! I have dealt with them before when I worked at VW yeaaars ago, they were amazing then and are still amazing now. I recently acquired a mk5 Jetta TDI BRM with ZERO records of the history other than it came from Alberta. When I say this thing has electrical gremlins... what I mean is it is THE poster child for confusing VW electrical voodoo. Long story short, Jose had it figured out and knew what to do in literally 10 minutes. TEN MINUTES. This car has been looked at by a few "vw specialists" before and no one knew what to do or where to start (Though they had some expensive "guesses"). He sorted out the cause of my electrical problems and advised me what needed to be done and what could wait to be fixed (how many shops will do that? NOT A LOT). Leeanne is also amazing, she is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell just from speaking to her how much passion she has for what she does! HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND AFFORDABLE SERVICE WITH A SMILE! I would/will tow/drive my vehicles from Burnaby to get work done by these guys EVERY TIME. There is NO better shop out there! Thank you JS for being so amazing and setting the bar for all shops! I love you guys! ✌??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go to they have already done my timing belt and had a great experience with everyone there. I was gonna get my cv axles done but thankfully they did a check before installing and found that my transmission/differential needed to be replaced and get a rebuild. They even took the time to let me look at the damage that was needing to be replaced/fixed, they also listed out things I needed to get done as well. If your looking for a good group of people that are kind hearted and honest this is the place to go!
