★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had very good experiences with Glenn's RV. They redid our trailer roof and did an excellent job. They were also easy to talk to and gave some really valuable advice that helped us in our trailer reno. They were friendly, honest, and personable. Definitely would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will book you, make u wait for the appt. Then turn u away when you get there-if they get other jobs they prefer. They kept my van over a week before I had to call in a few times to find out they decided. Not to work on it. Unprofessional and disappointing. Go to Westcoast RV instead. You may have to wait lo get to get in but there's a good reason for that. They do good work with no surprises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **MAKE SURE TO ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS**.
Glenn’s RV was so great to fit us in to have our brakes checked on our 43’ 5th wheel. They kept it secure over night until they could look at in the morning. The staff were super friendly and lots of room to pull in and park.
This is our issue and hence the 2 stars
While driving we were having issues with having to increase our “gain” in the truck to 10 and the brakes did not feel like they were grabbing on the trailer. We have 6 independent and no axles.
The technician - super friendly - stated that our brake pads were at %50 percent and should be changed however he did not have any available. We enquired at Moryde (who installed the independent suspension) and they stated we should be okay until we got it our home town a month later.
We drove up to Lac La Hache and then Grand Prairie and were still concerned about the brakes so we brought it to a truck place there to get the pads changed. They stated that 4 OUT OF THE 6 had 0 brake pads left.
We are not sure how this could have been missed - there is no way that 50% of the brake pads would have been used up in that drive. We believe that they may have looked at just 1 or 2 of the brakes and not all 6. Make sure you ask the right questions. We did not feel we needed to ask “were all brakes checked” when the technicians advised what the brake pads were at, apparently we should have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to pick up a few parts. Didn't realize they had a decent sized parts store. Appreciate the knowledge these guys have and they spent the time explaining to me what I needed to do, to fix my unit. They were very honest and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaden and his crew did a bang up job on my motorhome roof. After a tree branch went through it they temporarily patched it up so I could go away for the weekend, then they brought it in replaced the roof perfectly. After a nice detailing it looks like a million bucks.
Would I recommend this company for your RV repairs....hell ya.

I was treated with such great respect and the warranty work on my Fifth-wheel was done with excellence. Jaydon also went "the extra mile" to try and find ways to reduce the cost for items that were not covered by my warranty. Hats off to your team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glenn's RV has done all the servicing on our 2020 trailer for the last 2 years..they are super friendly and helpful and have gone over and above for us in taking care and maintenance. We have a warranty but prefer to go to Glenn's RV cause they do great job and usually have us in and out in a day..not 3 to 5 weeks! I highly recommend this family run business!

On the day of installation, Richard and Haley provided us with customer service and attention that was exemplary. Gordon cheerfully explained to us how take care of the newly installed system. The staff's focus on utmost customer service is worth emulating! We have no hesitation recommending them to anyone whose truck/trailer AC requirements need to be fulfilled in an efficient/cost effective and enjoyable manner.
