★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently used Boyd Abbotsford after being rear ended by a pole with heavy damage to my bumper, tailgate and rear panel. During this process I wanted to replace the factory bumper for an aftermarket bumper and they completely accommodated me. Alicia was amazing to deal with and walked me through every step working around my rediculous schedule. I was told a few days for completion but upon closer inspection it was determined that they needed to spend a little more time to do a proper job based on the damage that wasn't readily seen until the job had been started. I was kept informed about everything as it was happening and when it was ready I was called to pick up.
Once I got the truck the workmanship far exceeded my actual expectation and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Ild highly recommended them to anyone and being this isn't my first time using them I won't hesitate to again.
Thanks again Alicia and the whole Boyd Abbotsford team, you guys are wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service I went here a few ye as re ago and will never go back. It took them 3 weeks to do a simple job and every time we called to ask about the status of our car they would be ride about it or just hang up on us. When we finally got our car back 3 weekslater it got the same problem and so we took it to another place in town. This place did the job in less than a day and they said that the previous mechanic (Boyd autobody) forgot to close some valves causing the problem again. 0 stars for timing 0 for customer service and they did a sloppy job. Do not go here not worth your money at all

Alicia was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
I went there to get an estimate to fix my Tesla and they went above and beyond and fixed my car same day! I am so happy with their service and highly recommend this body shop
