★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They like to Bill people every 28 day and not by the month so on average your payments are 3 days sooner each month and in no time they have gotten a extra month of rent from you that you wouldn't of had to pay if you went to any of here storage places. They also get mad at you if you spend more then 45 minutes in your unit. I would never rent from there if you were smart.

The storage locker area is also well kept and tidy, thank you for keeping it so!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is a bright, clean space, with your storage area easily accessible. No stairs - elevators that are large enough to hold your items.
Staff were very friendly and approachable, and were willing to answer all of my questions.
Overall, greatly recommend this place and its location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had last minute request for storage as I was moving and as they were loading furniture into van I decided to put into storage. The condo I was moving too was going to be in construction actually Reno
I phoned and katelyn who answered the phone was pleasant and happy to help me.
The facility is extremely clean and secure.
I have now moved my furniture out however kept a smaller storage I cannot say how great this facility is
I feel my things are safe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Madelein was super helpful and I really enjoyed her bubbly personality. I was most impressed with the facility. It shows how much you care by how clean it was and the good lighting was appreciated. I look forward to moving in. I was quite impressed by the locking system that is employed. The price was excellent and so far I would consider recommending your establishment to potential customers and friends of mine. Would have every confidence that they would be looked as well as I have. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist Kaitlyn is excellent at her job! On the the phone she answered all of my questions, she joked with me and she was very friendly. When I got to the store to rent a storage unit, she was very clear about all the rules/regulations and she was super helpful. Kaitlyn is that type of person that goes the extra mile to make sure customers feel important and that all of their needs are met. I’m extremely happy with the service she provided!
