★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my car brought in to repair a dent and it was the smoothest and most professional experience I've ever had with a company. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind and I was given a ride to Enterprise as Enterprise was taking too long to deliver my rental vehicle because of short-staffing issues. The work on my car was incredible and I couldn't even tell the dent was there in the first place! I even had my car detailed and washed which was perfect! 10/10 would recommend, and I would give 360 10 stars if I could. Thank you everyone! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used 360 after getting rear ended. I found them on the ICBC website but also checked google reviews before going with them. I’m so glad I did! They made everything so easy. From booking in, handling the paperwork, getting me a courtesy car. Everyone I came in contact with (ladies at the front and the driver who dropped me off) was so helpful and pleasant. The best part was when I picked up my van they had detailed it inside and out. For a mother of multiple children and dogs it was the best surprise ever. Great experience. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is owned by the same family that owns 360 fabrication. The owner has poor customer service and will not stand behind his work. When considering a repair shop all I suggest is to do your research first. Hopefully others do not have to endure the same experience I did. Thx

Such great communication and customer service!! Our 1998 Dodge Durango looks like new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my vehicle in for an ICBC claim. Required bodywork and some painting. I researched all the ICBC accredited shops near me (Abbotsford) and 360 collision was at the top of the list I compiled, and I understand why. From the start I was pleased with the process - booking an appointment was easy and the admin I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. My repair was done with high quality and I was provided a courtesy car for the 3 days that the work was completed in. I am happy with the service and will be giving them my business in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up my 2019 Tiguan June 10, 2022. In for collision repair to driver door and L Frt Door Moulding. Solution was a L Frt Door Shell which I had never heard of before. This was all patiently explained to me at the outset by estimator Chris when I was arranging for repairs.The longest part of the process was waiting for the door shell to come in. We all understand what supply chain can be like right now. Car looks awesome! No hint of a collision as it should be. Even better was the 360 customer service and communication. A commendable company with great people. Thanks 360!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just recieved my car back after some minor repair work. The service and quality was excellent, with the detailing done upon completion being the most noteable. I am fussy and keep my car clean, but when i picked it up after the repairs it was noticeably cleaner, both inside and out. Their was some pollen that i was looking to clean from arround the rear hatch and to my surprise it was no longer there when I did my walk around. Great work! This is the second time I have used 360.
